The Course

ITJ Denver students will receive a course book called On One Foot, by American Jewish University, and other suggested readings for the course.

During the program, students are encouraged to:

• Attend Shabbat dinners
• Do a short classroom presentation
• Read selections from assigned books 
• Attend special holiday workshops
• Tours of synagogues and a tour of Jewish Denver are optional, but strongly suggested. 

Sponsors require students to read a book on the “History of the Jews” before beginning the class.
